A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Remainder of balance is due after check in. Should you cancel with 30 days notice we will refund your deposit less a $30 handling fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival will result in a $50 handling fee. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will be charged at $50 handling fee and receive the reminder of your balance as credit for a future stay within 12 months from the reservation.
